The Outdoor Space! With a baby on the way, the indoor to outdoor space is going to be a perfect spot for crawling to first steps. It’s a perfectly landscaped little oasis with a table for outdoor dining and a ADU behind for work or just chilling!
I believe we were able to beat out about 20 other offers on this one. We made sure to come to the house a few times, Andrew even brought his daughter to “charm the agent”. We were SO excited for this place we really went for it and after some solid counteroffers, we beat them out on our dream house!
