Still holding the title for the fastest buyers to find and purchase their family home, this lovely couple came to me in June and they and their two kids were moved in in July! They wanted to be close to his work at Pepperdine without leaving the lights and culture of the city.
She is able to use the home for photo shoots, as she’s a photographer for major publications. Their two toddlers now have a beautiful yard to run and play in (front and back, actually). I love how seamlessly it all was, even in the height of the crazy market of 2022.

Their Favorite Part of the House:
The Outdoor Space! With a toddler running around, their biggest request was space for her to roam and play. This house not only delivered that but has even more flexible space they can use to turn into anything they want later on.
The house is perfect as a beautiful home for the kids to grow up in. It also doubles as a place where Kanya can make beautiful photos and Chris’ commute is still pretty easy. It’s like a perfect episode of House Hunters! Check out the lovely photos below.
